Located on the ground and first floor of the former stable house, it is characterized by the beautiful stone wall and attics in “typical Tuscan” terracotta and wood bricks and by the wide openings to the outside.

The kitchenette is connected to the exclusive outdoor pergola surrounded by the green garden, equipped with exclusive table and chairs, where you can spend wonderful evenings dining and drinking excellent wine in the open air. Also on the ground floor is the living room with sofa, 32-inch LED TV, fridge with freezer, oven, hob, all equipped for cooking the products of our land.

The house has bedrooms in the large loft, with double bed, bedside tables carved into the stone wall, single bed with the possibility of using the second single bed. The bathroom on the ground floor, complete with shower, sink and crystal mosaics. All completely new, perfectly furnished, air conditioning and independent heating.
